Short Description:

Conventional integrated stepper motor needs a lot of wiring to link the driver and controller. Zhongling Technology’s latest integrated stepper motor with CANopen bus control solves the wiring problem of conventional integrated stepper motor. The ZLIM57C is a 2 phase digital step-servo motor with high-performance digital integrated driver. The system has a simple structure and high integration, and adds bus communication and single-axis controller functions. The bus communication adopts CAN bus interface, and supports CiA301 and CiA402 sub-protocols of the CANopen protocol.

Integrated motor characteristic

1. Wiring is simplified.

CANopen bus communication control, multiple motors can be connected through one bus communication port, and the drivers only need to be connected with each other to reduce the wiring workload.

2. The communication speed is fast.

Double line serial communication mode is adopted. The communication medium can be twisted pair, coaxial cable or optical fiber, and the communication rate can reach 1mb/s.

3. High transmission accuracy, high reliability and stronger anti-interference capability.

The short frame structure is adopted. The number of effective bytes in each frame is 8. The 8 bytes will not occupy the bus for too long, thus ensuring the real-time communication. The probability of interference is lower, and the retransmission time is shorter.

4. Low cost and high applicability.

The low-cost CANOPEN module can be seen almost on today's popular chips. Most MCUs support CAN peripherals, which is also known as the most common fieldbus module in Europe and other countries.

5. The error handling and detection mechanisms are reliable.

In case of serious error, the node has the function of automatically exiting the bus. After the information sent is damaged, it can be automatically retransmitted. Crc inspection is adopted and the corresponding error handling function is provided to ensure the reliability of data communication.
